I have a passion for homemade cupcakes! I discovered a quick and simple recipe to make the most delicious MOIST chocolate cupcake EVER! I like to keep things simple, and it’s my go-to easy recipe!
Try this recipe! Easy-peasy, just by add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and ooh-la-la, you have the most amazing, mouthwatering chocolate luscious cupcake batter; ready to bake!
Let’s go shopping for a few items:
Ingredients:
- 1- Cake Mix of Betty Crocker Super Moist German Chocolate
- 1 – box of Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 3 Eggs
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 ¼ cups of Water
- 24 – 30 Cupcake liners
Directions:
Step One:
Add all the ingredients eggs, water, oil, pudding and cake mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Next, with a spatula, scrape the sides of bowl often to mix all the ingredients well.
Step Two:
Fill each cupcake holder ¾ full with batter using a small ice cream scoop. This is an easy process to make sure you get enough batter in each cup.
Step Three:
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 14 – 19 minutes. Test with a toothpick by inserting in the center and it should come out clean. Do not over bake the cupcakes!
Step Four:
Let cupcake cool on platter before decorating with frosting.
Step Five:
Frost with the traditional frosting Betty Crocker Creamy Cocont Pecan Frosing and sprinkle with additional sweet coconut flakes.
OR – homemade soft whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Delicious!
