Hi y’all! We live in Texas! We would like to introduce ourselves; Mike and Sylvia! We enjoy the transformation of our remodels and we call it REVIVE!
Mike is the contractor and Sylvia as design/real estate to make a dynamite duo of over ten years of experience!
We bounce off our creative ideas of design for remodels to implement fabulous projects. Our DIY ideas streamline a friendly budget and creative flare. Actually, I love to dig in and create the crafty DIY projects and Mike gives me the thumbs up!
On the flip side, I give him thumbs for all his “meat grilling” afternoons! He is a fabulous grill master! Check out future posts for delicious meals on the grill. My mouth is watering thinking about it. Yummo!
Our Story!
We are Entrepreneurs and believe in opportunities. We think “outside the box” and hold each other accountable.
Sylvia is a commercial licensed real estate broker. She worked hard to learn the industry and became a “specialist” in her field. The experience as a real estate broker help guide her clients to achieve their investment goals.
Mike and I worked side by side and remodeled several commercial projects throughout the years and Sylvia became more involved in the transformation and design of their clients commercial space. It gave her a thrill for remodeling and design and it sparked a new passion!
We LOVE to REVIVE a commercial space, a home design, or a transformation of furniture. In saying all that, being inspired with the end result and always looking for the NEXT project.
